MSHA Safety Standards

Under the Mine Act, mine operators are required to comply with mandatory safety standards that are published by MSHA in 30 C.F.R. Part 56, Part 57, Part 75 and Part 77. The safety standards that are enforced by MSHA at a particular mining operation depend upon the commodity mined as well as the type of operation. The links below provide Mine Safety and Health Network members with a state of the art interface that enables them to sort, search, analyze, compare and research MSHA safety standards in minutes instead of hours.
